the farm received a fair amount of ice – and lost a few branches – but the glittery glow made for an enchanting feel to the yard and gardens – I follow that with a sumac sunset from a few evenings ago before the cold – altho I am not a lover of sumac – it does often give fabulous structure to a sunset.

Lastly – a wildlife tidbit from a Peanuts comic – when the wolverine is looking into the distance – he will shade his eyes with his paw – he is the only animal besides man who has this ability. (I’m going to follow up on this…)
